Hello! My name is Shellie...thanks for taking the time to visit my website! This is a place where I have posted pictures of what caught my eye as I lived life with my family as well as moments in time captured for others!

I am a photographer living in Washington County, Kansas with a passion for Custom Photography - where I capture you as you are in locations special to you. Since I love natural light I mainly shoot outdoors. Yet, indoor locations with great light work well too. Just as I have done the last few years, I continue to only book individual portrait sessions.

Pure Sweetness

I posted this little one’s sneak peek a while back and now it is time to tell a little more about her session. 🙂

I had the privilege of taking pictures of this sweet girl before she even entered this world, then as an infant and now at one year of age! How fun it is for me to watch time unfold for babies and their families! I have especially enjoyed watching B’s personality emerge, her feature become more defined and see expressions that are just “her”! 🙂

In this first set of photos, the outfit B is wearing reminds me of “Little House on the Prairie” Days. So sweet!

In this next set of pictures, B is wearing a dress that her mother made in honor of her first birthday and her dedication at church. Since my sewing skills are not what they could be, I am very impressed by her abilities and think the dress turned out super cute!
