It is always to refreshing to see spashes of color as Spring emerges from Winter. This day there was a misty rainfall…I really like seeing the drops of water on the berries.
I was surprised to find one of our cats looking like this when I went out to feed them one morning. Poor fellow…doesn’t he look miserable? When it is this cold, they get to spend the night in a kennel indoors. They like that – I would too! 🙂
During the winter, when the wind is blowing and it is cold outside, these pictures show a common scene in our windbreak. The Cardinals are such a flash of color amid the drab colors of winter. Seeing them always brings a smile to my face.
About once a year my husband finds a big snapper somewhere and is sure to catch it so we can see how amazing they are. I am glad we do not keep them around…they are also very strong!
